i put my mom on the task to find a decent price on a shit tonne of top soil for my backyard.. hopefully she does it.

this weekend it looks like me and kari will be cleaning it up... theres a lot of random stuff and dog shit.. and it just looks horrible! plus it kinda stinks... the neighbours will probably be very happy.

got my bed set up last night.. i was so glad to sleep in it.. i also had both cats sleeping with me..

fish tank is also done and the back porch.. i gotta do something about that door.. i think i may move the extra screen door at the front of the house to the back.

so far i havent seen or heard any mice in the house.. they probably left when the cats came into the house.

tonight i plan to finish the tile in the kitchen. and maybe empty a few more boxes of stuff..

not much else.

at the end of feburary i became a house owner..

got me a house for 39,500.

it needs some cosmetic work.. but im actually enjoying doing all of it.
i love seeing the end result.. so far with new paint colours it looks 100% better..

tonight im doing the tile in the kitchen.. its just that peel and stick stuff... im cheap.. itll work!

tomorrow i move as well as getting my kitchen counters ready.

then im taking a break from house renos

my next plan.. the backyard... it needs major cleaning.. and i need to put some new soil down because theres gravel in there.. why i dont know.. but i want to have grass!! and a garden!

ill do all of that once the ground is dry and un frozen.. then its time to buy a shit tonne of grass seed and soil!
